Hello.

My name is Kylie. I’m passionate about helping people through human-centered design thinking.

I started my career in Psychology, Conflict Resolution and Engaged Buddhism, and then moved into Brand and Product Design. I have a particular interest in creating experiences that help people to live their best lives through data aggregation and supportive behavior change.

I lead agile, cross-functional teams to better understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research. I co-create with customers & business partners to design smart solutions that are continually tested and iterated upon. I produce beautiful, smart and valuable experiences that meet customer needs, deepen relationships and help businesses to thrive.

I have a wide range of experience in brand, marketing and product design. I've worked with companies with 5 employees, and those with over 2 million. Some of my clients have included Walmart, Urban Airship, Microsoft, Nordstrom, VMWare, Umpqua Bank and Lexis Nexis.
